At Conroy Ross Partners we view strategy as the key choices leadership makes to secure the
future relevance and success of their business. The challenge facing leadership
is choosing the right strategy in a business environment that is changing
rapidly and rife with uncertainty.
In developing a strategic plan there is no one perfect strategy (or choice)
because tension exists between three factors:
- What the leaders of the company want to do.
- What the business environment demands that the company needs to do.
- What the organization can do, given its structure and resources.
