Andrew Ross,
BComm
Office Managing Partner, Edmonton
After eight years in the construction industry, Andrew Ross joined Conroy Ross Partners in 2003 and helped establish our Edmonton office. Instrumental in the growth of our Edmonton team, Andrew became a Partner in 2006.
The majority of Andrew’s construction career was spent with Clark Builders in Edmonton where he held a number of different roles. He also worked in the Northwest Territories at the Ekati Diamond Mines to establish organizational systems and procedures for the Ekati Construction Alliance, a joint venture led by Clark Builders.
Since joining Conroy Ross Partners, Andrew has worked with both our Business Advisory and Executive Search clients. Focusing mainly upon executive search, Andrew is committed to service delivery and seeing his clients succeed. By leveraging his extensive network and approach of assessing and aligning client needs with candidate skill sets and cultural fit, Andrew has successfully served growing businesses across Canada in a variety of areas, including manufacturing, construction, service and retail industries.
Andrew obtained his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, where he majored in Strategic Management and Organization. He has since completed the Project Management Institute (PMI) certificate program through Mount Royal College and is currently a member of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta, working toward his Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation. Andrew currently serves as the Vice President of the Youth Emergency Shelter Society (YESS), is on the Homeless for a Night Committee, and is the Past Chair of the Grant MacEwan College Alumni Association Board of Directors. He also participates on the organizing committee for the Premiers Tournament and is a Past Chair of the College's Tournament of Aces and YESS 2 Success events.
